Colourful Serenity

This living room underwent a thoughtful transformation to enhance both functionality and style. We began by installing new wide-plank hardwood flooring throughout, bringing warmth and continuity to the space. The fireplace wall was completely redesigned, featuring a custom surround with striking marble-look panels and bespoke built-ins on either side. These built-ins not only provide tailored storage and display opportunities but also elevate the architectural character of the room.

To improve flow and foster connection between spaces, we opened up the wall leading into the adjacent kitchen and dining area. This created a more open-concept layout, perfect for both everyday living and entertaining. Full-length custom drapery was added to soften the natural light and introduce a sense of elegance, while also enhancing acoustics and privacy. Together, these updates transformed the room into a polished, comfortable space that seamlessly blends classic detailing with modern design sensibilities.
